Please read below carefully prior to signing up for our sessions.
Introduction:
Welcome to our art sessions! By enrolling in our classes/workshops/sessions, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment:
To secure your spot in a class, full payment is required on the date or prior to attending any sessions.
Payments are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Attendance and Makeup Classes:
You are expected to attend all classes within the session you have signed up for.
Missed classes will not be refunded.
Makeup classes may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Conduct and Behavior:
Respectful behavior towards instructor and fellow attendees is mandatory.
Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class without a refund.
Materials and Equipment:
All materials for sessions will be supplied.
Any intentional damage to equipment or materials will be charged to the attendee.
By enrolling in our classes/workshops/sessions, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:​
In the event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a full refund will be provided.
Classes may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or instructor illness.
Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of the instructor.
Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.
Health and Safety:
Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own safety during classes.
Any health concerns or conditions that may affect participation should be communicated to the instructor beforehand.
Dog / Franco at the premises:
All parties involved in the teaching sessions must acknowledge that there is a dog in the home where the sessions take place. If you do have any allergies, you are expected to communicate this through with the instructor prior to booking.
Changes to Schedule or Curriculum:
​The instructor reserves the right to make changes to the schedule.
Attendees will be notified of any changes in advance whenever possible.
